Today was an incredible day! We had 10 students come in for a special class called the Confidence Course. It was a great community event. The instructors talked about different ways our Martial Arts techniques, when used, show confidence! What a great seminar, I wish we had more pictures! Visit Flikr.com/ataelkton for the pics!
